After having joined OCM almost 2 years ago, we’re finally going active. The aim? Becoming a top 100 team eventually, and top 3 in Canada. Legendary rider Royce Garrity still has a few years in him and can bring us a few more big wins. We still have a few members of the original supporting cast who won’t be staying with us for much longer. The plan is to buy overlooked, old riders who can give us quick wins while developing our 4 future stars: Hesseling, Caccio, Vitti and Balboa. At 27, Hesseling is approaching his peak so it’s vital to finally get him to his incredible potential, and he should be our main leader from season 57 on. Vitti is 24 and is looking like he’ll be a very decent sprinter, and Balboa is a bit younger and will probably have a hilly sprinter / cobbler profile. Caccio is the one showing most promise, and at 22, I expect him to be our top dog in the mountains in a few seasons.
It’s time to begin this new journey.
PS: I already read the forums. I don’t give a damn on your opinion about how to run a team :)

Jesus Christ, I already agreed I wouldn’t train Hesseling, and I’ve read all the forum pages. Let me enjoy the game how I want to enjoy it, I don’t need you to tell me what to do.
There's a forum training advice page you can go to.

Balboa's Potential:
CL: None
DH: Small
HL: Average
SP: Average
FR: Small
CB: Very good
TT: Small
TQ: None
I had Balboa in my team. Not good enough for a CB captain.
Don't waste your time with Hesseling, training or doing anything with him is pissing money up a wall.
You need to get yourself who can advise you of game basics, or read more of the forum, or go on chat.
